Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for Beccy Lynch Health and Beauty. By law I must collect some personal information from my clients, this policy explains how I use any personal information I collect about you and why.

What Information do I need?

I need your contact details. Name, address, phone number and email address. I also need information about your age, health and medical history in order for me to ensure that a safe and considerate treatment can go ahead.

Why do I need it and how do i store it?

It is important that the treatment you ask for is safe and appropriate for insurance purposes. I am obliged to keep information for 7 years after the date of treatment or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you were under 18 when the treatment took place. My lawful basis for processing this data is ” CONTRACT”. This means i have a legal reason to ask for this data because i need it for contractual reasons. You do not have to share your personal information with me but if you do not then i cannot offer you a treatment. My data is kept on paper and stored under lock and key. I do not share your information with anyone.

Your right to complain

Please contact me if you have any concerns about how I handle your data by emailing me. You do have a right to complain if you feel I am handling your data incorrectly. If unsatisfied with my response then you should contact the ICO ( Independent commissioners office). This is their web page.
